I know its short, but its the whole situation that is beyond frustrating for both me and the agents. Nobody seems to know whats going on with waitlists or how to get on them, and when the agents I spoke with escalate to ask someone else they get a different answer every time. Its quite broken right now when trying to use PMUs for secondary flights like this.
