I tried to register and call, but no luck. I also have a Visa Signature card. I may have even gotten the invite in the mail, but I never pay attention to those mailings and throw them away most of the time

They said, however, that I could fax in a copy of the mailing to confirm. Does anyone still have theirs and can copy for me?
