Do you mean you paid up to upgrade to R class? Or something else?

Pay-up upgrades that show up as premium class should get you COS bonus, but I'm not quite sure yet what percentage. This whole "CO-in-*A" thing is still new to me.

In the past, when I paid-up on UA flights to HNL (routes where this option is commonly offered) the flights showed up in my LH account as "F" with the requisite 300% of miles (that was a few years ago, may be different now).
