Should I have been given the Park Suite?
I had a similar experience at the Hyatt Regency Greenville (see Master Thread) where I was confirmed into a seemingly oversized
room but upon checkin was upgraded to an actual suite. It may be the same situation here. My suggestion would be to call reservations AND the hotel and have them add a note that an upgrade to a Park Suite would be appreciated if available, then upon arrival, if you're not given an upgrade and don't find the Club King Deluxe to be satisfactory as a suite, ask them to return the suite upgrade certificate OR bump you to a Club King and return the certificate. At 77 sqm (or over 800 sq ft.) though, I'd definitely say that the room you've been confirmed in would be considered a suite, as it's over twice the size of the average hotel room (industry wide).
