Europcar still pants
Now that my plans for RNO are in the bin thanks to UA, tried to get a rental via Europcar/National at SFO through the website.

Got a quote this time. Great, except that there are no SUV's

Took up the offer of a free upgrade to Hertz #1 club gold, so got that rate for an SUV and an extra 10% off thanks to a great CDP I stumbled across in VS flying club

I also got a free upgrade voucher through the post, but SFO don't appear to be participating. Can't win 'em all.

What's the point of having only 1 car rental partner that's utterly useless?
