Recently flew CE return to on this plan.

Saturday morning first flight out: 767 with breakfast service. Nothing spectacular. Slightly crispy approximation to english breakfast.

Sunday night last flight back: A320 with dinner. Much better offering, even had a choice (I chose the ravioli) and had real plates etc.

If you're flying in CE, the dinner service is much better IMHO. For ET, I think you're on the latest birdseed edition (like I was back from OSL).
