You're mixing a few things up.
M&M card numbers are:
9999 - temporary
9920 - blue
9922 - FTL
2220 - SEN
3330 - HON (I think that's what it was, though I am sure someone will correct me if it's wrong)
German M&M credit card numbers used to start with 4010 (when they were Visa). Since the switch to Mastercard they now start with 5310.
The second group of digits are:
0001 - partner card, no status
0030 - blue
0130 - SEN
0230 - FTL
0330 - HON
Oh, and yes, everytime your status changes, you get a new credit card.
