1. The true VIP line people have been saying no such thing, at least for the last 2 months. I cannot go into exact details, but they have pretty much been saying that the phone lines would be switching over sometime in February/March and telling this to all the user that have asked.

2. To the big spender. if you are spending $200-300k a year then you are still conidered quite special and would have no problems getting through to anyone. Anyone with that consistant spend would already know this and it is not myplace to expand on this. The fact that you are not aware of this casts some doubt on the veracity of your statements.
