I'd simply contact Chase and get it figured out. Like
dabears, I think most who have a card and want an additional cardholder as a means to get more points into their account, they request an additonal card instead of your approach.
Why didn't you just ask for a additional card linked to your account for her? (that way you'd get the points into your account)
what was the logic in her getting her own card?
