The SWU were missing from mine as well. I called Aeroplan. First the agent said I would have to send the whole package back and they would reissue with the missing certs. Then I was put on hold and when the agent came back on the line, she told me it was a widespread problem (missing SWU from benefit packages sent out), to keep the package I received and she would request the missing two SWU be sent after a tracer went out. She said I could expect them in the coming weeks by mail, no later than the end of Feb.

I was disappointed to see them missing. I use all the SWU (no wallpaper) so hope they arrive soon.
