Missing SWU cert in Elite package
My whole family made Elite this year and we all selected the same package (2 SSWU, 2 SWU, Tier bonus, Bonus status miles and bonus status miles for flight pass). We all received them today but the SWU were missing in every package. Any one has the same experience? Any suggestion of what to do to get it back?
