because I booked my ticket in October before the reservation system was changed. The web site tells me to call them -------- hahaha...... I would like to check in before I get to the zoo at the airport these days, but I have tried to call them for days, even in the middle of the night, can't get anyone to talk to

The last time I need to talk to them, I had the option to leave my number & they would call me back within a certain amount of time (about 3 hours), which they did, but I wasn't given that option this time

Any suggestions?
