Hi - my friend is trying to get credit for some flights that she took on US Airways. She has the flight numbers as well as the ticket number. But United is asking for her seat numbers, which she does not know (and she doesn't have the ticket stubs, only the e-mail from Priceline).

Any ideas on what she can do? Thanks!
