You must be approved. My account shows that I am "preapproved" but when I click the link I see: It's simple - just click the "Upgrade Now" button below. Your account number will not change, and your existing Additional Card(s) will not be upgraded. If approved, you will receive your new Card(s) within 7 days. You can continue using your existing Card(s) until you receive the new Card(s).
