Was making a routine reservation w/ upgrade and the pop up window showed up. Curious, I played along and lo and behold in the same amount of time I would of had to call 1K I was booked and upgraded on a 3 class 777 from LAX-IAD in early March. Wasn't too complicated. I'm about to try it with a multi-city booking I need to do in a few weeks. That should be fun. ONE thought, if successful, my guess is that UA will furlough more and more real people in order to use this. Ah, isn't progress awesome (Sarcasm)
