Since these are TSA/DHS rules:

Does the TSA racially profile everyone inside the US for secondary searches (let alone do a 100% secondary search)?
Does DHS do a secondary search of all people who belong to a group/country suspected of terrorism?

Do you think that is a reasonable policy since TSA to tell others to do this when they would likely not meet a challenge internally to such profiling?
