A security guard came up to us and said something to Mrs. PTravel in Vietnamese, which neither of us speak. The tone was inquisitorial and authoritarian, rather than genial and polite, and my guess is that it was something along the lines of, "No locals are allowed in guest rooms," or even a worse version of that. No one else has been subject to questioning by a guard -- I've been watching.
What happened afterward? Did you just continue walking, have a word with the guard, did he apologize.....?
