I would say that most of the time the LGW are great and some of our best flights have been with LGW crews. Our last CW flight was to MCO. The outbound flight was OK apart from hours of turbulence which SWMBO didn't enjoy.

The flight back was appalling with very poor food and service. The Cabin Manager only spoke to one person in J and she was BA staff who had been ug to J. She behaved quite strangely on the flight and as I noticed her name I looked her up on facebook - her description is "wanna join the mile high club???"
