i would hagve to agree with all the 3. Actually, if you even look at their J product. I mean cmon Next Generation they call it? Get out of here lol, meanwhile the rest of the industry norm is "fully flat" exceptional service. I started flying Cathay for business trip, cuz i love their service and product and still get my AA miles lol.
EDIT: "Fully Flat Bed" and exceptional service, alot to learn from ASIAN airlines. Pick any and learn AA.
