Yes, check question 21 in the FAQ-section Tickets and Booking:

21. Can I change name on the ticket?
Yes, you can change the name for a certain service fee at the latest 24 hours before departure. This can only be done if you have a leisure travel.

The swedish pages mention a SEK 300 fee for name change, either via TA or SAS direct (depending on where you bought the trip)
