I somehow got the elusive double upgrade on a flagship flight from MIA-LAX. I thought that this segment was sold as two class service. Upon sitting down, I asked the purser if it was Flagship, she said yes. I'll have a trip report on this posted with more details soon, but I must have "slipped through the system" when the reservation was made (used miles/certificate for the upgrade). And yes, the outbound LAX-MIA was in business.
