I wanted to change my seats with Cathay for my upcoming travel (I couldn't do it online). I was on hold with Cathay Pacific online telephone support (1-888-962-6688)for more than 45 minutes and finally got terminated by itself. When I tried the call again, the automatic message advised me to call later as the queue is quite longer. I tried the same number before and after and got the same advise message to call later.

I am in the US and I called Cathay on Friday between 10 am PST to 2 PM PST.

Any advise to call the online support - the best time, or any best number to change seat.

Or is there any other alternative to change the seats?
