It does not show on the AP website and have a sneaky suspicion it's a LH-only partnership but thought I'd pose the Q.

On 26 May 2009 Aegean Airlines' membership application was approved by the Chief Executive Board of Star Alliance. Aegean is expected to join the alliance within 12 months.
While they seem to have a lot of codeshare agreements with a bunch of *A airlines I doubt they will recognize status or give you miles on AP as it is not listed on AP's site. But they seem to recognize Miles & More, so you never know. Maybe sign up for a Mile & More account and use it for this flight?
