I cant speak for the New Rochelle Hertz, but my experience is that you get hammered on one-way rentals. Plus without an EZ Pass for the Triboro Bridge toll, things will get ugly.

If they really must meet at New Rochelle, the answer is to reserve a local black car service. My guess is $50-$75 bucks.
