Splitting reservation, losing Premium seat.
I have always booked my families (1 plat, 2 silver, 1 base) intiniaries in one record, gotten premium seats.
I have always split them a week or so before departure to make us eligible for upgrades. I split them on nwa.com.
I did this today, and my son (who is a base member) lost his seat assignment. I cant remember this ever happening before on NW.
These are NW tickets on NW operated flights.
