This happened to me a few years ago when I was flying internationally every week (also as Plat Elite), even at times at the kiosks. Customer service and tech support were also puzzled as nothing they would try would let me get a boarding pass through OLCI. One week one of the check-in agents who had gotten to know me through this ritual erased my ID's from my profile, saved it and then reentered everything ... life's been better ever since!
