To add to the list of North American *A airlines, CO and US (on A330 rather than 777) are also 31" pitch. For me personally, that extra inch makes all the difference, for others maybe not.

Also, with the AVOD and recently freshened interiors, the AC Y service is easily competitive. AC may have its problems, but the Y cabin isn't one of them.
