Any travel agent who uses a SABRE computer reservation systems can access availability on AA , CP and AC award seats . However, booking them can only be done with each respective airlines' frequent flyer desk.

K7 does not mean that that is the maximum number of seats for sale. It just means that 7 seats are available. If you require more, you or your travel agent would need to do a direct request with the airline concerned and do a NN reuqest - say NN20, which means you would like to request 20 seats. If its available, you can get it confirmed.

However, smaller numbers than 7 means that there are only 5 or 4 seats left on that flight. First class availability on some airlines are restricted to showing only 4 seats. In some cases, like BA, only 2 are shown at any one time in CRS.
