The "7's" mean maximum number of seats are for sale. Sometimes the number is "4", sometimes "9" but when all classes show same number, it means maximum number are for sale.

Award seats for issuance are not shown anywhere on the public net unless some wizard like Rudi has found a backdoor. Only the airline personnel seem able to access that info so your best bet is a stop in or call.
