My wife and I are staying at the Hilton Moorea in September, but must check out a day early and stay close to PPT airport as our flight leaves the next morning at 7:30 AM. I wanted to just use points for the stay (30K pts for the Hilton Tahiti), but I've read that the hotel is not very nice. Just looking for some opinions considering it is just for an overnight stay. Is it a waste of 30K points?

Thoughts are appreciated.
