You didn't eat at a Swiss restaurant in Switzerland because it was too expensive but now want to try it in Arizona to see what you are missing?
There are only a handful of Swiss dishes, such as raclette and fondue, otherwise Swiss cuisine is actually German, French and Italian with very little cross-over. The closest you would come to this in Scottsdale/PHX is the Black Forest Mills restaurant on Indian School Rd, which is Schwabian deutsch cooking, so fairly close to Swiss German. Otherwise authentic swiss restaurants are rare outside of switzerland, and the style of food is not very compatible with PHX.
