Good review. I think you were a little hard on the property, but it does badly need a face lift. The staff is pretty good here.

I spent 3 nights in a renovated king this past week. I probably spend 10 nights a year at this property. This week the hotel was full of crazies (self excluded), but the staff seemed to handle it pretty well.

The internet is $12.95, but comped for Plats. They previously comped breakfast as well, but the check in agent told me Starwood made them stop providing that benefit. if that is true. I only stay there when I am in town for business and really because of how close it is to my office.

It is a large facility and if you don't know the surrounding area very well, it is confusing to figure out how to get out of the hotel and get where you need to be, ie lots of bridges on various levels and one way streets all around the hotel.

Personally, I think it is a mediocre hotel, but certainly not awful.
