As I said, the purser did offer the beverage with lime for pre-departure.
It means it was there and catered.
In addition, they, purser and FA D both said they did have lime and they didn't know why he, FA C, said "we don't have lime"
Once again, it's not about lime. It's about the attitude and truth or lying.

Next time, if a FA doesn't want to serve or feel tired, he can just lie to customer "we don't have ooxx..."
