There are some Canadians who know how to cope with snow, and then there are Torontonians.

However, even Torontonians appear capable when compared with Vancouverites. It's a good thing we've only had one snowfall so far. I was ready to lobby for provincial legislation to require people to get snow endorsements for their driver's licenses.
