Wow, I'm really surprised at the negative comments, as I'm sure CX management is also. I had the opportunity to try these in September 2007 at an Aircraft Interiors Expo in HKG, and I was very impressed with the new design. However, I have to imagine that no one had the opportunity to sit in it for 14+ hours, which appears to be the problem as people complain about back and leg pains after long flights.
