To the best of my knowledge, daveland, it isn't a declared program benefit. I'm a Plat, and if I am on an L U or T and a Gold, silver, or Ma or Pa Kettle is on a B or Y, I can SURELY understand why they would get the op-up before me. I don't have access to what is on the computer screen and trust that it is being done to the best of the agent's abilities.
