This flight time is often closer to 6 hours and even less. The plane usually is going closer to 650mph due to the tail winds, so I would rate it at a 6 hour flight, and if you could burn a CR-1 I'd recommend it, otherwise for a SWU on a 6 hour flight where you get better service than average and E+, I would save the SWU.
