Just to clarify about "checking". I called a local Costco (who had the checks a few weeks ago) and asked if they still had some, 22 she said. When I went to the store they didn't have any. Sometimes their system doesn't catch up with what they actually have in stock, so ask them to VERIFY that they have them for sale before wasting your time heading over to the store.
I am heading to another Costco this evening that did not have them before the holidays yet now has 150+
we'll see.
