I have flown over 300K on UAL this year, almost 400K on Star Alliance. Flew Business Class (paid) SEA-SFO-HKG on Christmas Day and Return on New Years Eve. Planes both way were less than clean, food choices were mediocre, wine was like paint remover and the new amenity kits are worth less than the effort of opening them. Similar flights on Thai or Singapore have great food, wine and amenities, and over-the-top service. Does UAL care about their top tier flyers?
