The nightmare of Deltamatic will be on display starting around January 31st. They are trying to get us all trained in time but I have a feeling its not going to be to very fun from a pax perspective, while us legacy NW are trying to figure out how to get things done at the ticket counter and the gate. It really is unfortunate they are taking the efficiencies of AOP/PARS and getting rid of it.
