On irrops, I would say the agents at NRT / ICN, they could get you accomodation and rebooked etc. Call 1K agents only if the line is too long or they did not give you satisfactory flight arrangements, I don't think 1K line can help with accomodation / food vouchers due to delay / cancellations.
You should be considered as full fare - paid C, you might be trumped by cash paying passengers, but you should definitely trump upgraded NC passengers.
