From the CNN article:

Four reforms ordered, all dealing with intelligence gathering & analysis. DHS directed to work with international partners on screening. DoE ordered to work on screening technology. (DoE??)

Anonymous senior official says that no-one will be fired; "accountability" is being applied to organizations, not individuals. (Whatever that means ...)
