Rec'd e-mail for 1 C&M award, not 2nd???
Hi all,
Yesterday I booked two one-way C&M awards in business class via the ICC. Today I received an e-mail from bmi giving a receipt for the first of those awards, but nothing for the second award. CMT shows the first award as ticketed (w/236#), but nothing for the second.
Should I be panicking? I'm not used to the new "send out an e-mail" scheme - I think it took a few days last time I booked with C&M to be able to see my itinerary on CMT, but only getting the first half of my trip confirmed (even though it has only been less than 30 hours since I spoke with Pune) concerns me. My main fear is that the return trip is highly constrained in terms of timing, and if my selected itinerary doesn't get booked I may end up with no option other than to cancel the whole trip (or submit to Y!)
Recommendations on how long I should wait (assuming I see no results on CMT) to call the ICC back?
