There have been bugs in that display engine - for bookings and reservations - for a few years now. Apparently CO doesn't care about fixing them.
In the case of the TG V fares, I think it is quite possibly a bug. For some random dates I plugged in, the V fares show as earning miles, but with a zero EQM %.
