Through my research I have found sprint's blackberry data pack for $70/month to be the best available. With my blackberry tour, I can browse the web, download all I want (and i do, i download 100-250MB/day of podcasts), and it only runs $70/month.

In addition, their international tech support (polar opposite of their normal support) is top class.

However, voice international roaming is extremely expensive, usually $1.00-$2.00/minute within europe. But as far as push email, all data (not just BIS/BES but also normal data), I think sprint is the best.

I have tried it in 25+ countries and it has worked within them all.
