In that case, not likely. Weekend delivery is not available from Amazon on their "overnight" shipping (per their Help). Also, Amazon often doesn't ships on the day you order; their shortest term is "usually ships within 24 hours", but that means if you order Thursday (especially if not in the early morning) it's likely to ship on Friday and normal "overnight" shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
