It's all about the specific 757 configuration you get. If your plane does have 18DE, then 19ABC have great legroom and 19F has at least a way to stretch your legs past the exit door.

Some 757's have a bulkhead in front of row 19ABC or 20ABC - making those seats less desirable.

Unfortunately, DL appears to have about 27 configurations of 757s so checking the individual seat maps for your flights is critical.
