How is that the hotels fault, if he checked out the 18th, and left all his junk in the room? I mean if you have not checked out and stuff is missing, there is a problem. If you go back 17 days later after checking out, claiming your Armani cologne is missing.....tough luck.
I assumed that happened during his actual stay, just like the car break-in?
