I know that if they put the old C class seats, you would get only 4 rows, so
6 * 6 = 36 seats to 4 * 6 = 24 seats, 33% reduction which is pretty high.
On the other hand, doesn't American Airlines run their 767-300 with 'Angled Lie-Flat "shell" seats' (according to Seatguru)? and they manage to run it with 5 rows, instead of 4 rows... and that is one thing I envy about AA... a domestic version that actually has a decent business/first class seat. If UA could pull this on their doemstic 767/777, it would be amazing.
