...back to the trash session I guess. Opinions based on total a lack of complete facts, confusion of specific facts (which I have read in a few media stories) and conjecture seems like a fun hobby to converse about.

Either you were coerced into the tweet or you weren't. If you don't want to answer that question, then why bother to post at all in this thread? It is a yes or no question and to come here complaining of the very specualtion which you are empowered to put to an end seems like a waste of everyone's time.
You could have (and should have) ended your post with the first sentence you wrote rather then continue to fuel the very speculation of which you complain. @:-)
